At Norfae, we aim to ensure a smooth and fair experience for our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Damaged / Wrong Items (Within 7 Days)
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- Photo or video proof of damage is required
To start a request, contact us at info@norfae.com with:
- Order number
- Proof (photos/videos)
- Issue description
Exchange Policy
If your product is damaged and you want an exchange:
- Replacement will be provided free of cost
- No return shipping charges will be applied
Refund Policy
If you do not want an exchange and request a refund instead:
- A flat Rs. 200 delivery charge will be deducted
- Remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method
Important Conditions
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- No proof = no approval
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Used or worn products
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale items or gift cards
No General Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Liking/disliking the product
Only damaged or wrong items are eligible.
