1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (if applicable).

Processing delays may occur during promotions, seasonal sales, or high-volume periods.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Pakistan (Nationwide Delivery)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location

  • weight/size of items

  • carrier rates

We may offer free shipping promotions occasionally. These will be displayed on our homepage or at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

If you have not received tracking info within 3 days of purchase, contact us at info@norfae.com.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • courier delays

  • weather conditions

  • operational issues

  • peak seasons

Norfae Toymi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package appears lost, email us at info@norfae.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not liable for:

  • failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • lost packages resulting from incomplete address information

If you need to modify your address, please contact us immediately after ordering.

Once your order is shipped, we cannot make changes.


7. Damaged / Wrong Items Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email info@norfae.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide photos/videos of the issue

No returns or refunds are accepted — only exchanges for damaged/wrong items, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs fees

  • import duties

  • VAT or other taxes

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Norfae Toymi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
